# SeenOnMain

> SeenOnMain is lead-response software for home-service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofing, house cleaning, landscaping, general contractors, and similar trades). The moment a lead comes in, the owner gets an instant text alert and a phone call offering to connect them live, and the lead gets automated follow-up. The usual way to start is a free 15-minute setup call: the owner says what type of business they run, where their leads come from and where to send them, and the SeenOnMain team configures it. 14-day free trial, no credit card.

## What it does
- A smart contact and quote form that embeds into the business's existing website with one snippet, or a branded mini-website for businesses without one. Hosted on a dedicated server per client (never shared).
- The instant a lead or quote request comes in, the business owner gets an instant text alert AND a live phone call offering to connect them to the lead right then (press 1 to connect, or let it go). The text always goes out either way -- it is never conditional on whether the call is answered.
- A free, dedicated toll-free business number on Starter and up that forwards to the owner. Callers are asked up front whether it's OK to text them back; if the owner misses the call, callers who allowed it get a text. Texts only go out within owner-set hours, always capped to 8am-8pm.
- Automated, personalized follow-up emails on Day 1, 3, 7, and 14 if a lead doesn't book (Starter tier and above; not included on the entry-level Lite tier). The owner approves the templates before any send.
- Quote-to-proposal: when a quote request comes in, the owner adds their own price and taps Send Proposal, and SeenOnMain emails a drafted proposal in their name (the AI never writes the price, and nothing sends automatically). A 48-hour follow-up then sends itself, and the owner is alerted after 7 days of silence (Growth tier and above).
- Automated Google review requests after a job is marked complete (Growth tier and above).
- A lead/quote/customer CRM the business owner can see in their own dashboard. Works alongside Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan via the owner's booking link (not an API sync); leads export as CSV.

## What it does NOT do
- No AI ever talks to a customer live. The alert call to the owner is a fixed, published script; AI writes only the follow-up emails.
- It does not answer the business's existing phone line. The only texts sent to a lead are the text-backs to callers on the SeenOnMain number who agreed to one; texting web-form leads or customers directly isn't available yet.

## Getting started
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, full access, no credit card required -- there is no card on file to charge. Most businesses are live the same day. The main path is a free 15-minute setup call ([https://seenonmain.com/concierge](https://seenonmain.com/concierge)) where the team configures everything; owners can also set it up themselves.

Lead guarantee: if no real lead comes through SeenOnMain in the 14-day trial, the trial stays free until one does, up to 90 days. A real lead is someone other than the owner who fills out the live SeenOnMain form and leaves a phone number.

## Pricing
After the free trial, four tiers, billed monthly or annually (annual is 2 months free), no setup fee:
- Lite, $49/month: instant call + text alerts only, up to 100 leads/month, no automatic email follow-up.
- Starter, $99/month: adds automatic email follow-up (the Sales Funnel workflow), up to 500 leads/month.
- Growth, $199/month: the full setup -- all three workflows (Sales Funnel, Quote-to-Proposal, Onboarding + Review requests), up to 2,000 leads/month.
- Pro, $449/month: everything in Growth, higher volume limits, priority support, custom workflow tweaks.

Every tier's flat price covers the dedicated server, the follow-up, the initial build, and ongoing monitoring -- no per-lead charge and no surprise line items. This replaces what a web agency would otherwise quote as $10,000+ upfront plus a $500+/month retainer for a comparable custom-built lead form, quote flow, and follow-up sequence.

## How it's different from a website builder or a SaaS tool
A website builder (Wix, Squarespace) or a generic form plugin hands you software and leaves the setup, hosting, and troubleshooting to you. SeenOnMain is managed: the team hosts the pipeline on a dedicated server, monitors it, and fixes issues, all for one flat monthly price, and will do the initial setup free on request. There is no code the business owner has to write or maintain.
