Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Work Stream Apps LLC (d/b/a SeenOnMain) platform and services (the "Service"), including all messaging, email, and deployment features. It exists in addition to, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP and to ensure that anyone using the Service through your account does the same.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service, and may not permit any recipient list or message content associated with your account to be used, for any of the following:

  • Spam and unsolicited marketing. Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or messaging any recipient who has not given valid prior consent.
  • Purchased, rented, or scraped lists. Uploading, importing, or messaging phone numbers or contacts obtained from purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped lists rather than direct opt-in.
  • Fraud and deception. Fraud, scams, deceptive or misleading claims, impersonation of another person or business, or falsifying sender identity.
  • Phishing and credential theft. Attempting to obtain passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information under false pretenses.
  • Malware and harmful code. Distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, or links to malicious content.
  • Illegal products and activity. Promoting or facilitating anything illegal, including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, gambling where prohibited, or other unlawful goods or services.
  • Adult and sexually explicit content. Sending sexually explicit or adult content, or promoting adult services.
  • Hate speech. Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
  • Harassment and threats. Harassing, threatening, abusive, or bullying messages, or messaging a recipient after they have opted out.
  • Regulated content without compliance. Sending SHAFT-category content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), cannabis/CBD, high-risk financial or debt-relief content, or other carrier-restricted categories without meeting all applicable carrier and legal requirements.
  • Platform abuse. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, disrupting the Service, evading suspensions, or circumventing rate limits or filtering.

2. Messaging Compliance

If you use the Service to send SMS or email, you are solely responsible for the content of your messages and your recipient lists. You must obtain valid prior consent before messaging anyone, maintain records of that consent, honor opt-out requests promptly, and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA messaging principles, mobile carrier rules, and all other applicable laws. See our SMS Messaging Terms and the SMS Program Terms in our Terms of Service.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, or to protect the Service, our other customers, message recipients, or carrier relationships, we may — without prior notice and in our sole discretion — suspend or throttle messaging immediately, remove content, disable features, or suspend or terminate the account involved. For serious or repeated violations, or where required by law or carrier rules, we may terminate immediately and report the activity to the appropriate authorities or providers.

Suspension or termination under this AUP does not limit any other remedy available to us, including under the indemnification provisions of our Terms of Service.

4. Reporting Abuse

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, including spam or abusive messages, contact us at [email protected]. General legal questions can be directed to [email protected].
