What I saw, over and over, was the same pattern: consultants charging premium rates specifically because the client didn't know enough about the subject to know they were being overcharged. The less you understood, the more room there was to take advantage of you.
I'm dedicated to AI, small business, and lead response now, specifically so that pattern doesn't repeat itself here. That's my job to know, not yours.
