It takes the leads you say you currently miss or never follow up each month, applies an estimated recovery rate for what instant text-back and repeated follow-up typically bring back, then multiplies by your close rate and your average job value. Nothing is guaranteed and there is no hidden industry multiplier beyond the recovery-rate slider you control.

Choosing an industry only pre-fills starting points for average job value and the share of leads that go unanswered or un-followed-up, so the form isn't empty. They are typical ballpark figures, not SeenOnMain's own measured results, and you should change every field to match your business.

Is the recovered-lead estimate a promise?

Accepted Answer

No. The recovery-rate slider is an assumption about how many otherwise-lost leads faster response and consistent follow-up bring back. It is capped well below 100% on purpose. Your real result depends on your call volume, how fast and how often you follow up, and how well you close.
