Worth knowing
It's an AI, and it says so. It answers only from what you enter, so it can't quote a job, promise a time, or book an appointment, and it doesn't give repair advice. If someone mentions a gas smell, sparks, smoke or flooding, it tells them to get safe and call 911 or their utility first. It runs on your SeenOnMain mini website only, not on a website you already have. Starter includes up to 300 chats a month, Growth 750 and Pro 2,000; past that, the chat steps aside and visitors use your contact form as usual. It isn't on the Lite plan.
Frequently asked questions
Will the AI make up prices or promise appointments?
No. It states prices, fees and license numbers only exactly as you entered them, never estimates a job, and never promises a time. For anything like that it offers a call back from you instead.
What happens when someone wants to talk to me?
It offers a call back. The visitor is taken to your contact form with their chat questions copied in, and once they add their number, you get the same instant text and call as any other lead.
Does it answer my phone or text my customers?
No. It only chats with visitors on your mini website. No AI answers your phone, and the chat never texts anyone.
Can I check what it says before customers see it?
Yes. The last step of the setup wizard is a test chat. Try your own questions, then switch it on when you're happy, and switch it off again any time.
