Technical details
The embed option is one <iframe> tag plus a small auto-resizing script snippet, pasted directly into your existing site's HTML -- no JavaScript SDK to install, no API key required on your site, and no build step. The iframe posts straight to SeenOnMain's own form endpoint; nothing routes through your site's own backend or server, so there's nothing there for you to maintain or secure.

How does the embed actually work, technically?
