Day 3, Day 7, and a Day 14 review request, without you remembering any of it.

One customer's Day 3/7/14 timeline, with the per-customer pause toggle.
Once a lead becomes a paying customer, the Customer Onboarding workflow takes over: automated Day 3 and Day 7 check-in emails, then a Day 14 request for a Google review that links straight to your Google Business Profile. It's the follow-through that turns a one-time job into a repeat customer and a public review, the kind of thing that's easy to intend to do and easy to forget once you're on to the next job.
If you'd rather a specific customer not receive these messages, whether they asked to stop or you just don't want to send them, you can pause messaging for that one person from your dashboard without turning off the sequence for anyone else.
Technical details
SeenOnMain doesn't try to replace the scheduling or job-management software you already run. Your profile's Booking Link -- any URL: Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Calendly, or your own scheduler -- is what every automated follow-up email and your mini-site's own call-to-action button point to, so a lead who says yes lands straight in whatever you actually use to run the job. There's no API to configure, no OAuth connection to approve, and no data-sharing agreement to review -- it's a plain link you paste into your profile once, and every message reads it fresh at send time, so updating it later takes effect immediately everywhere it's used.
Worth knowing
This sequence only reaches people who are already your customers through SeenOnMain's own pipeline. It doesn't manage or message customers you acquired through other channels unless you add them yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to remember to ask for reviews myself?
No. The Day 14 review request goes out automatically, linking directly to your Google Business Profile, no manual follow-up required on your end.
Can I stop messages to one specific customer without turning the whole thing off?
Yes. A Stop/Resume toggle on each customer lets you pause messaging for just that person, everyone else keeps receiving the sequence normally.
Does this integrate with Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan?
It hands off to them rather than integrating via API: paste your Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan booking link into your profile once, and every automated follow-up email and your mini-site's CTA button send a converted lead straight there. Dispatching, invoicing, and job history stay exactly where they are today -- SeenOnMain doesn't touch any of that.
